We loved staff and location, it had everything that we wanted for our holiday. Hotel is right by beautiful beach. Nearby Zulu Lounge - grate place to chill out.

The beach near the Hotel Presidente is very beautiful, the water is clear and clean. The rooms were cleaned daily and in general the whole facility was kept clean. The evening program was very entertaining and the highlight of the day, especially for the smaller children.
No beach towels/towels for the swimming pool were added to the regular shower towels.

The location offers great bay views and is close to two sandy beaches. The facilities are family-friendly and the staff at reception are helpful. The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright. Good food options and plenty of seating in the dining area. The pool area provides amazing views.

Large choice of food. Nice and courteous staff. Location is super, beautiful view and in 5 minutes you are at the beach.
Too many old, used deckchairs. Must be absolutely replaced.

The room was totally mind-blowing, super clean, and more than adequate with a jaw-dropping view of the bay. The facilities were top-notch, including a stunning pool area with amazing views. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of mouthwatering cooked and cold choices. The staff at the reception were always incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, near two beautiful sandy beaches that were ideal for families with young children. it was an unforgettable experience.

Zulu Lounge is located within 400 feet from the hotel. Free parking was a highlight. So close to many local attractions, including the Punta Galera, which is just 10 mins on foot.

The location is mind-blowing, with jaw-dropping views and a beautiful beach nearby. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed, including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The food at the buffet was of a good standard, and we loved the all-inclusive option with no queues. The staff were incredibly helpful, and we were impressed by the electric kettle in the room. The swimming pool and bar/lounge area were great for relaxing, and the evening entertainment was exactly what we expected. The reception staff went above and beyond, even providing a table of food when we arrived in the early morning. a fantastic stay with no complaints!

The hotel is located in the lovely town of Portinatx, nestled in the mountains overlooking the sea. It's a picturesque setting with two small beach coves on either side. The service provided by the staff at this hotel is exceptional. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay, and are always friendly and helpful. The rooms at this hotel are clean and comfortable, with all the expected facilities. Fresh towels are supplied every day, which is a nice touch. The breakfast at The Skinny Kitchen is a real treat. There are plenty of options to choose from, ensuring that there is something for everyone's taste.
There's nothing to fault about this hotel, everything was ok.
